• Matte back in colors like Golden White and Black
• striking camera module with three sensors
• approximately 7.8 millimeters thin
• approximately 195 grams in weight

Thanks to its flat design, the device feels modern in the hand without appearing too bulky despite the large battery.

Build quality

The build quality is clearly of a high standard. Honor has opted for a robust casing, a premium feel, and strong protection ratings for the Pro model.

• Sturdy frame with high-quality surface
• Matte back to prevent visible fingerprints
• IP68 protection against water and dust
• IP69 and IP69K protection against severe water exposure
• SGS 5-star protection against drops and pressure loads
• Precisely crafted keys and clean transitions

This makes the Honor 600 Pro not only look elegant, but also durable enough for demanding everyday use.

Display

The display is one of the Honor 600 Pro’s greatest strengths. The AMOLED panel offers high resolution, vibrant colors, very high brightness, and smooth visuals.

• 6.57-inch AMOLED display
• 2728 × 1264 pixel resolution
• 120 Hz refresh rate
• Up to 8,000 nits peak brightness
• 3840 Hertz PWM Dimming

• Always On Display

In everyday life, this means

• Very sharp display of text and images
• Smooth scrolling in apps and websites
• Vibrant colors and deep blacks
• Excellent readability outdoors
• More comfortable viewing at low brightness levels thanks to high PWM dimming

The display is very well suited for videos, social media, gaming and photo editing.

Performance

With its Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the Honor 600 Pro offers performance significantly exceeding that of typical mid-range devices. This makes the smartphone very well-equipped for demanding tasks, gaming, and multitasking.

• High reserves for several years of use

Even demanding games and large apps run very smoothly on the Honor 600 Pro. The device can get warm under prolonged full load, but remains very powerful for normal use.

Battery

The battery is one of the most compelling arguments for the Honor 600 Pro. In Europe, the device comes with a 6,400 mAh battery, while internationally, some versions with a 7,000 mAh battery are mentioned.

• 6,400 mAh battery in Europe
• Up to 7,000 mAh depending on the market
• 80 Watt wired fast charging
• 50 watt wireless charging
• 27 watt reverse charging via cable
• Very good battery life for everyday use

In everyday life, this means

• easily lasts a full day even with intensive use
• Often significantly longer battery life with moderate use
• Fast recharging in a short time
• Wireless charging as a practical convenience advantage

Users who travel a lot especially benefit from the combination of a large battery and fast charging.

Camera

The camera setup is significantly more versatile than on the regular Honor 600. In addition to the high-resolution main camera, the Pro model also offers a telephoto camera, resulting in better portraits and zoom shots.

• 200 MP main camera with optical image stabilization
• Large 1/1.4 inch main sensor
• 50 megapixel telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom
• Up to 120x digital zoom
• 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera

• 4K video recording at up to 60 frames per second
• AI functions for image editing and video effects

In everyday use, the main camera delivers detailed photos with good dynamic range, vibrant colors, and sharpness. The telephoto camera makes the Honor 600 Pro significantly more versatile than many mid-range smartphones, especially for portraits, distant subjects, and close-ups. The ultra-wide-angle camera is practical for landscapes and group photos, but its image quality falls slightly short of the main and telephoto cameras.

Conclusion

The Honor 600 Pro is a very well-equipped smartphone positioned between the premium mid-range and flagship segments. Its bright AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, large battery, and 200-megapixel camera make it an attractive overall package. Compared to the regular Honor 600, it offers significantly more power, wireless charging, and a much more versatile camera with a telephoto lens.
