Xiaomi already presented the Redmi Note 12 series in China in October. The lineup consisted of the Note 12, Note 12 Pro, Note 12 Pro+ and the Note 12 Discovery Edition. The Note 12 Pro Speed Edition was added later and the Note 12 Explorer set a new charging record with 210 watts. But that’s not all the series has to offer. Recent reports show that the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo is in the works.

Tipster Kacper Skrzypek revealed a few days ago that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is about to be launched. According to Skrzypek, the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm chip. The leak also revealed that the device is codenamed “Marble” and will launch in India. A new rumor now brings much more information to light.

The tip comes from the well-known Weibo leaker Digital Chat Station. Accordingly, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will offer a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution and will support a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It’s powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset, replacing the Snapdragon 778G+ processor and making its debut in a Xiaomi smartphone.

In addition, DCS revealed that 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage will be on board. The battery has a capacity of 5,500 mAh battery and charges with a fast 67 watts. The first information about the camera setup also came to light. Xiaomi installs a 50 megapixel main camera on the back of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. There is also an 8 megapixel ultra wide and a 2 megapixel sensor for depth data or macro shots.
