Xiaomi has already confirmed that the upcoming Redmi Note 12 Turbo will launch with the new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset. As of today there is also a concrete start date. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Turbo will be officially launched in domestic China on March 28 at 7:00 p.m. Beijing time.


The teaser accompanying the Weibo post shows the Redmi Note 12 Turbo in a white and a silver version. Three cameras can be seen on the back, including the main camera, under which a 64 megapixel lettering can be clearly seen. The Xiaomi smartphone also has two speakers, a USB-C port, Xiaomi’s signature infrared transmitter and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Previous rumors already suggested that the Redmi Note 12 Turbo will have a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. In terms of the main camera, on the other hand, only 50 megapixels haunted the rumor mill so far. The battery should have a capacity of 5,500 mAh and, also typical for Xiaomi, charge with a fast 67 watts.
