The Xiaomi Poco X5 series came out earlier this month with the Poco X5 and X5 Pro models. But that’s not all: several certifications have shown that a third member of the series is on the way. The Xiaomi Poco X5 GT is about to launch.

The latest entry comes from IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority), Singapore’s regulator of media content, services and applications. The Xiaomi Poco X5 GT was spotted there with model number 23049PCD8G. A similar device with the model code 23049PCD8I has turned up at the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards). Accordingly, the Xiaomi smartphone will also reach the Indian market.
Last but not least, the Poco X5 GT has also appeared on the IMEI website. The entry suggests that the X5 GT could be a rebranded Redmi Note 12 Turbo. The rumors so far point to a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with FullHD+ resolution, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset and a 50-megapixel main camera.
It is not uncommon for Xiaomi to present a smartphone under two different brand names. Xiaomi also sells the Poco X3 GT as the Redmi Note 10 Pro, while the Poco F4 GT is known as the Redmi K50 Gaming in China.
