Last week the first technical data of the Xiaomi 14 series came to light and now a first schematics also gives us a visual idea of the design of the upcoming base model. The illustration was shared on Weibo by tipster Digital Chat Station. DCS has had a solid track record of leaking Xiaomi for years. Of course, as always, the image may differ from the final design.

According to this, the Xiaomi 14 will have a flat display with narrow bezels and a centered punch hole. The design is very similar to the Xiaomi 13 predecessor. On the back, a similar-looking, square camera module also points to the Xiaomi 13 series. However, there are larger cutouts for the smartphone’s main and telephoto sensors. The other two cutouts are probably for the ultra-wide camera and the LED flash.
According to last week’s leak, the Xiaomi phone will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a 4,860mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to have the same chipset. However, the battery is slightly larger at 5,000 mAh and charges even faster with 120 watts via cable (50 watts wirelessly remains the same).
