Xiaomi 13T Pro emerges with Dimensity 9200 chipset

While the rumor mill is currently primarily concerned about the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, the Chinese brand, as usual, has various other new smartphones in development. And one of the most interesting new models has just appeared in the IMEI database. We’re talking about the Xiaomi 13T Pro, which will launch in China as the Redmi K60 Ultra. The database shows the model numbers, suggesting the devices are close to release.

The model numbers are 23078PND5G for the Xiaomi 13T Pro and 23078RKD5C for the Redmi K60 Ultra. The “2307” part of the serial numbers indicates that the devices will be released sometime in July this year. That would more or less fit Xiaomi’s schedule over the last year. Back then, the Chinese released the Redmi K50 Ultra in August. However, the global 13T Pro will be launched at least a month or two later than the Chinese version.

The Redmi K60 Ultra and the Xiaomi 13T Pro are supposed to be powered by a high-end chipset – allegedly the MediaTek Dimensity 9200. The Dimensity 9200 is currently the fastest processor from MediaTek. It would be a big upgrade from last year’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 in the Xiaomi 12T Pro. Apart from that, it would also be the first Xiaomi smartphone ever to come onto the market with the Dimensity 9200.
