According to the previous leaks and rumors, the Xiaomi 13T and 13T Pro should actually be officially presented last week. Instead, it will now be revealed later this month – on September 26th. The appointment comes from Lei Jun, founder and CEO of Xiaomi, himself. He shared it via a post on X announcing that the event will be held in Berlin, Germany, and will be live streamed via mi.com.

Jun also said that the series was “co-engineered with Leica” so expect some Leica filters in the default camera app, among other things. However, Jun did not reveal how many smartphones the series will include. Rumor has it that there are two – the Xiaomi 13T and the 13T Pro.
The Pro model is set to become the international version of the China-only Redmi K60 Ultra, also known as the Extreme Edition. Therefore, the specifications of the Xiaomi 13T Pro are most likely identical. Accordingly, the camera setup will consist of a 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, a 20 megapixel front camera shoots selfies.
The 6.67-inch OLED display has a resolution of 1,220 x 2,712 pixels and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The 5,000 mAh battery charges with a fast 120 watts and uses a Dimensity 9200+ chipset from MediaTek. The design of the Xiaomi 13T is also already known, as it appeared in an unboxing video last month.
By the way, Xiaomi has already confirmed the support window for the 13T Pro and the Redmi K60 Ultra. The Xiaomi phone gets at least four major Android updates and 5 years of security patches.
