In December, Xiaomi presented its current flagships, the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro. However, the presentation was only intended for the Chinese market. The start on the global markets is still pending. Now the global models have taken another step in this direction – the certification in India and Thailand is done.

Xiaomi 13 / 13 Pro
The global Xiaomi 13 Pro has been spotted in both the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and Thailand’s NBTC databases. The model number for the cell phone is 2210132G. The Xiaomi smartphone has also been certified by the NBTC authority and bears the model number 2211133G. In both cases, the final “G” stands for “global” and identifies the international models. Based on those certifications, it looks like the base model won’t be coming to India, at least for now. This is only speculation at the moment until the first official information is available.
Xiaomi 13 specifications
The Xiaomi 13 comes with a 6.36-inch OLED display with 1080 x 2400 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Qualcomm’s currently fastest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset is responsible for the drive. Xiaomi combines it with 8/12 GB of RAM and 128/256/512 GB of storage. The camera system consists of a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultrawide and a 10-megapixel telephoto with 3.2x optical zoom. There’s a 32MP selfie camera and a 4,500mAh battery with 67W wired charging, 50W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging support.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro shares most of these specs. However, it has a larger 6.73-inch display with a resolution of 1,440 x 3,200 pixels. In addition, the battery is slightly larger at 4,820 mAh and charges much faster with 120 watts per cable. There are three 50 megapixel cameras on the back. There’s a main camera with OIS, an ultra-wide with autofocus for macros, and a telephoto with 3.2x optical zoom.
