Vivo has been in the news almost every day for weeks, but because of its upcoming folding phones X Fold 3 and X Fold 3 Pro. The latter device in particular could be the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 foldable phone to hit the market. According to a leaked promotional image, the new foldable will be announced on March 26 at 7 p.m. local time. In addition, a new vivo tablet has now appeared on GeekBench. It could join the two foldable devices on staghe: the vivo Pad 3 Pro.

According to industry sources, the tablet with model number PA2473 will be launched on the Chinese home market under the name vivo Pad 3 Pro. That would be somewhat sad, because the test results are more than impressive. 2,223 points in the single-core test are an excellent value. However, 7,547 points in the multi-core test are record-breaking for an Android tablet.

The GeekBench test does not explicitly name the vivo Pad 3 Pro’s chipset. However, there is enough information to suggest that it is most likely a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 processor. So a new flagship tablet is about to be launched. This is also suggested by the fact that the GeekBench test specifies 16 GB of RAM.

According to previous rumors, the vivo Pad 3 Pro will feature a 12.95-inch 144Hz LCD display with a 3K resolution. There is also 512 GB of storage and an 11,500 mAh battery with 66 or even 80 watt fast charging on board. Additionally, we get a 13-megapixel main camera on the back with an LED flash and an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front.
