vivo introduces iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition

vivo has launched the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition in India to celebrate its fourth anniversary in the country. It comes in Desert Red color with a faux leather back and two storage configurations. 12/256GB is priced at INR 52,999 (€585/$635) and 16/512GB is priced at INR 57,999 (€640/$695). That’s the same price as the Legend and Alpha Editions of the iQOO 12.

The hardware of the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition is also the same as the Legend and Alpha versions. Accordingly, you get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, Android 14 with the iQOO Funtouch OS 14 interface and a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 120 Hz and a 1,260p resolution.

The gaming smartphone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 120 watt charging support. There are four cameras in total – a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front and a triple camera on the back. The latter consists of a 50 megapixel main camera, a 50 megapixel ultra wide angle cam and a 64 megapixel periscope telephoto lens.

Other highlights of the iQOO 12 Anniversary Edition include 5G connectivity, an in-display fingerprint reader, stereo speakers and NFC. The launch will take place in India on April 9th via Amazon and iQOO’s official Indian website.
