Samsung Galaxy Watch6: first press photos are here

Late last month, the first leaked renders of the Galaxy Watch6 Classic came to light. Tipster Steve “OnLeaks” Hemmerstoffer’s images were based on CAD files provided to the accessory manufacturers. Now, on the other hand, we get a look at the first press images, which are said to come directly from Samsung itself. In other words, the renderings of the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 are very likely to match the final design of the watches. This includes the colors shown. Both the Watch6 and the Watch6 Classic can be seen.

According to the renders, the Galaxy Watch6 will be launched in at least three colors – silver, black and cream. With the Galaxy Watch6 Classic you can also count on at least two different colors (black and silver). However, Samsung could offer even more colors at launch or add more colors later.

Interestingly, the leak does not bring renderings of a Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Pro. Instead, the Classic version takes its place. While the Classic doesn’t have a different chipset with more power under the hood, it does bring back the rotating bezel. Both versions are said to be available in two sizes – 40 and 44mm for the regular Watch6 and 43 and 47mm for the Classic.

Samsung will almost certainly launch the Galaxy Watch 6 series at the end of July. The event in Seoul, Korea will also feature the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5. It would even be possible that we will also see the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
