The rumors and leaks about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE are slowly picking up speed. The next Fan Edition tablets are unlikely to be released alongside the Galaxy Tab S9, S9+ and S9 Ultra, which will be officially launched on July 26th. A new leak now closes a few gaps in terms of technical data and brings us the first renderings of the Samsung tablets.

The first is the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE. Samsung’s own Exynos 1380 chipset sits at the helm in combination with 8 GB of RAM. There is also a fingerprint sensor built into the side, a smart connector on the back and two speakers. The difference to the Plus is the display size, which should be 10.9 inches. That would be slightly smaller than the current 11-inch Galaxy Tab S8. There is also a single camera on the back of the 254.3 x 165.8 x 6.7 mm tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ also has an Exynos 1380 chip and 8 GB of RAM under the hood. The display measures 12.4 inches, just like the current Galaxy Tab S8+. The tablet measures 285.4 x 185.4 x 6.54 mm and has two speakers and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Launch colors include grey, light green, light pink and silver options and with dual cameras on the back.
We’ll have to wait and see whether Samsung will unveil these tablets along with the Tab S9 series at the Unpacked event on July 26th. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 will also join the party, so a separate date seems more likely.
