According to a report from Korean website The Elec, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will only get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

According to a report from Korean website The Elec, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will only get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets, regardless of the region in which it is sold. The Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+, on the other hand, should run on Exynos 2400 CPUs in South Korea and Europe. North America will get Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processors, just like before.

This means you can get a Snapdragon chipset if you wish, at least with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. In the past, Qualcomm has regularly been able to outperform Exynos processors. However, according to rumors, Samsung is using a new 4 Nm LPP+ process for the Exynos 2400. This means that the chip should achieve twice the CPU performance and almost 15 times faster AI performance compared to the Exynos 2200.

The upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 is based on TSMC’s latest manufacturing process. There are reports that both 3nm and 4nm versions will be launched. From a marketing perspective, the first 3nm chips would not come a second too soon. After all, Apple is already selling 3Nm devices with the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max and their A17 Pro chipset.

Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra with titanium frame

Apple also launched its new Pro iPhones with titanium frames instead of stainless steel frames like the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. According to a new tip, Samsung is also planning titanium frames for all three Galaxy S24 models instead of the previous aluminum. All three models have already appeared in leaked CAD renders with very flat frames, which you can see above.

As far as the frames are concerned, the previous rumors also assumed special treatment for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. It was supposed to be the only Samsung smartphone to switch to titanium. According to the new rumor, Samsung is not making any differences. The entire Galaxy S24 series will be switched to titanium cases.

So far, however, it is just an unconfirmed rumor. Additionally, well-known tipster Ice Universe responded to the original post, as seen in the thread above. According to Ice Universe, nothing has changed in the previous rumors and only the Ultra will get Titanium. Various other reports are likely to emerge before Samsung unveils the Galaxy S24 series in January.
