Samsung Galaxy M54 5G pops up on Geekbench

The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G has just emerged from cover and popped up on Geekbench. The benchmark test shows that the Samsung phone’s model name is SM-M546B and that it is powered by a Samsung S5E8835 chipset. The processor is probably Samsung’s Exynos 1380.

The listing also shows that the Galaxy M54 5G will run Android 13 with One UI 5 and will have up to 8GB of RAM. But there should also be a 6 GB version. The chipset listed has a dual-cluster quad-core processor. Four performance cores run at 2.4 GHz, another four efficiency cores at 2.0 GHz. The next model in the M-series achieved 750 single-core points and 2,696 multi-core points. A very good performance for a mobile phone that tends to be quite cheap.

The Geekbench test suggests that the M54 will launch soon, no later than early 2023. It will replace the Galaxy M53 that came out in April.
