Samsung launched the Galaxy C55 in China last month – a rebranded Galaxy M55 with different back panels. Today the mobile phone made its way to India again with a new name – the Samsung Galaxy F55 is here. It’s essentially identical to the Galaxy M55, but features two vegan leather finishes in orange and black.

The Samsung Galaxy F55 is based on a 6.7-inch OLED display and has a 50 megapixel main camera on the back. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm can rely on a 5,000 mAh battery. However, the cell supports charging at 45 watts, which is the maximum for Samsung phones.

Samsung India has already listed the Galaxy F55 on its website. It will clearly compete with the Galaxy M55 as both models are priced the same. The 8/128GB version costs INR 26,999 (€300/$325), the 8/256GB option is priced at INR 29,999 (€330/$360) and the top 12/256GB model goes for INR 32,999 (€365). €/$400) across the table.

The Galaxy F55 and its vegan leather panel with a “saddle stitch pattern” are available from both the Samsung India Store and local e-commerce giant Flipkart. Official sales are already underway.
