The Samsung Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34 are likely to be two of the most exciting mid-range devices this year. The two Samsung smartphones had already appeared in leaked renders and the European prices were revealed. Now we also have the first detailed technical data and more pictures.

The leak comes from 91mobiles and shows the color options of the Samsung Galaxy A54 and Galaxy A34. The Galaxy A54 is said to be based on a 6.4-inch OLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by an Exynos 1380 chipset, which can access up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The 50-megapixel main camera has an f/1.8 aperture and is accompanied by a 12-megapixel ultra wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The selfie camera has a 32 megapixel sensor. There is also a 5,000 mAh battery that charges at 25 watts.
The report also mentions an IP67 rating for water and dust protection and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Accordingly, the Samsung Galaxy A54 seems to be a rather small upgrade compared to the Galaxy A53 from last year. However, with the exception of the chipset, which should be significantly more powerful than the previous Samsung Exynos 1280.
Samsung Galaxy A34
The Samsung Galaxy A34, on the other hand, should run on a Dimensity 1080 processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The OLED display is slightly larger at 6.6-inches and also refreshes at 120Hz. The camera setup on the rear leads a 48-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture. There is also a 5 megapixel macro camera and a depth sensor. On the front, a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture snaps selfies. The Galaxy A34 will have an identical 5,000mAh battery with the same 25W charging support.

According to the leak, both phones will launch with One UI 5.0 based on Android 13. We tend to bet on the current One UI 5.1, which just started with the Galaxy S23 series.
