Realme P1 and P1 Pro with 120Hz AMOLED and 45W charging are here

The Realme P1 and P1 Pro offer 120 Hz AMOLED displays, 50 megapixel main cameras and 5,000 mAh batteries that charge at 45 watts.

Realme today announced the first members of the P series with the Realme P1 and P1 Pro. Both phones have 120 Hz AMOLED displays, 50 megapixel main cameras and 5,000 mAh batteries with 45 watt fast charging.

The Realme P1 and P1 Pro offer 6.7-inch AMOLED displays with an FHD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Pro model also has a curved display, while the P1 has a flat screen. Both panels have a peak brightness of 2,000 nits and, in addition to a 16 megapixel front camera, also house an under-display fingerprint scanner.

The Realme P1 comes with a Dimensity 7050 chipset along with 6/8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. The P1 Pro instead relies on a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset with 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of storage.

Both new Realme P series smartphones also have 50 megapixel main cameras with Sony’s new LYT600 sensor. The P1 adds a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor, the P1 Pro an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 is used as the interface. A 5,000 mAh battery that charges with 45 watt SuperVOOC provides energy.

The Realme P1 is available in Phoenix Red and Peacock Green. Prices start at INR 15,999 (€180/US$191) for the 6/128GB version and go up to INR 18,999 (€214/US$227) for the 8/256GB version. Open sales in India are scheduled to begin on April 22. The Pro model is available in either Phoenix Red or Parrot Blue, starting at INR 21,999 (€247/US$263) for the 8/128 GB version. 8/256GB is priced at INR 22,999 (€259/US$275), with open sales in India starting on April 30.
