Realme launched the GT Neo5 in China earlier this year. The smartphone was launched worldwide as the Realme GT3 5G with support for up to 240 watts fast charging. According to rumors, the GT Neo5 Pro is in the starting blocks next. It could come onto the world markets as the GT3 Pro. A new leak from tipster Digital Chat Station now brings to light some of the most important technical data of the upcoming Realme smartphone.

Accordingly, the Realme GT3 Pro / Neo5 Pro is based on a 6.74-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution (2,772 x 1,240 pixels) and a refresh rate of up to 144 Hz. The panel also supports PWM dimming with 2,160 Hz and accommodates the 16 megapixel front camera. On the back, Realme installs a 50 megapixel main camera with a Sony IMX890 sensor and support for optical image stabilization. The same main camera can also be found in the OnePlus 11, the Oppo Reno10 Pro+ 5G and the Oppo Find X6 5G. The tipster did not reveal any details about other cameras.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and 150w charging
For the first time in a Realme cell phone, the Realme GT3 Pro / GT Neo5 Pro will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset at the helm. According to the tip, the currently fastest Android processor can access up to 16 GB of RAM. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Realme launched the phone with 512GB or even 1TB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. After all, there will be a 5,200 mAh battery that charges with a fast 150 watts. But there could also be a 100 watt variant.
Android 13 with the in-house interface Realme UI 4.0 should take over the operating system part. Design renderings of the smartphone have not yet appeared, but the back is said to have a transparent part.
