Realme GT 6T comes to Europe for €550 – Early Bird deal for €400

Realme unveiled the Realme GT 6T and the Buds Air6 and Air6 Pro alongside the GT 6 at a major event today.
Realme GT 6T

Realme has just announced its flagship killer, the GT 6. But the new smartphone has a competitor of its own. The Realme GT 6T, which was originally announced for India, is also coming to Europe and at a competitive price. The regular price for the 8/256 GB version is €550. The GT 6 is usually a bit more expensive at €600 for 8/256 GB. But there is a limited-time promotion that brings the price down to €550.

Accordingly, there is also a promotion for the Realme GT 6T – at launch you pay €400 for 8/256 GB. The promotion runs from June 21 to July 4. A free 120 watt charger worth €30 and a free pair of Realme Buds Air 6, normally priced at €70, are also part of the deal. There is another version of the GT 6T with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, but it is not part of the promotion.

The Realme GT 6T is powered by a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset and a 5,500 mAh battery with 120 watt fast charging (1-50% in 10 minutes). It has a high-quality 6.78 inch LTPO display (10 bit colors, 1,264 x 2,780 pixels) with Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The camera system consists of a 50 megapixel main camera (1/1.95 inch), an 8 megapixel ultra-wide angle camera and a 32 megapixel selfie camera.

The Realme GT 6 justifies its higher price with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and a better camera. The 50MP main camera has a larger sensor (1/1.4-inch) and there’s a 47mm portrait camera with another 50MP sensor. The rest is more or less the same, apart from the GT 6’s IP65 rating (compared to none on the 6T).

Realme Buds Air6 / Buds Air6 Pro

The Realme Buds Air6 cost €70. They have 12.4mm speakers and support high-quality audio with LHDC. Active noise cancellation is also on board, but pushes the battery life down to 6 hours (up to 40 hours with the charging case). The earbuds are IP55 certified.

Realme is also bringing the Buds Air6 Pro to Europe at a slightly higher price of €90. These feature dual speakers (11mm woofer and 6mm tweeter) along with support for high bitrate LDAC audio and 3D spatial audio. The battery life of the Pro earbuds is also slightly better, 7.5 hours with ANC (and up to 40 hours with the case).

The Realme Air6 arrived in India at the same time as the GT 6T. Now, the company is also launching the Realme Air6 Pro at a price of ₹5,000 (this can be brought down to ₹4,200 with a discount and bank offer). The first sale is scheduled for June 27 via realme.com and Flipkart.
