Realme 9 Pro and 9i 5G get Android 13

Realme has released the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 update for the Realme 9i 5G and Realme 9 Pro in India.

Realme has released the Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 update for the Realme 9i 5G and Realme 9 Pro in India. The rollout is initially only for 15% of all users of the two Realme smartphones before the broad introduction is scheduled to begin at the end of December. The Realme UI 4.0 update for the 9 Pro has the firmware version RMX3471_11.C.08. The firmware of the 9i 5G carries the version number RMX3612_11.C.04.

If you own a Realme 9i 5G and want to install the Realme UI 4.0 with Android 13 update, you need one of the following firmware versions: RMX3612_11.A.10, RMX3612_11.A.11 or RMX3612_11.A.13. The Realme 9 Pro should be running RMX3471_11.A.47, RMX3471_11.A.45, RMX3471_11.A.43 or RMX3471_11.A.41. The change logs of Realme UI 4.0 updates for Realme 9i 5G and Realme 9 Pro are identical. Realme 9i / 9 Pro

Besides, Realme also announced the Realme UI 4.0 open beta for the Realme X7 Max in India. The software update is also based on Android 13. The stable Realme UI 3.0 update based on Android 12 was released a few months ago. If you want to try the beta, see the third source link for more information. However, beta builds can still contain bugs and might run less stable. Therefore, you should not install it on your primary phone.
