Last month, tipster Digital Chat Station suggested that the Oppo Find X6 Pro will have three 50-megapixel cameras on the back. Now DCS is suggesting the same setup to the regular Find X6 as well. However, according to the report, the main camera will ditch the 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor and get the smaller but still powerful Sony IMX890 chip with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS.

Like the Find X5, the Oppo Find X6’s camera setup was developed jointly with Hasselblad and will feature a MariSilicon X NPU. If the main camera setup looks familiar, it has already been installed in several Oppo phones. These include the Foldable Oppo Find N2, the Reno9 Pro and the Reno9 Pro+.
There aren’t many details on the other two 50-megapixel cameras, but the tipster assumes one is an ultra-wide. The other, on the other hand, translates as “simple periscope”. One can only assume that this is a classic 2-3x telephoto zoom like the predecessor Find X5.
The Oppo Find X6 will be 9.2mm thick at the base and 12.3mm at the camera module. The weight should be 207 grams.
