OnePlus is currently already working hard on the Nord CE 3. According to the technical data that has been leaked so far, the CE 3 could become one of the most exciting lower mid-range phones. But the Chinese also still have the original OnePlus Nord CE on the list, which was launched in 2021. Consequently, the rollout to the current OxygenOS 13 interface started today. The update is based on Android 13, which once again speaks for the good support from OnePlus.

On the one hand, the OnePlus Nord CE is already relatively old and, on the other hand, it is one of the cheapest OnePlus smartphones in the portfolio. However, there is still a pretty big catch at the moment. The Android 13 update currently only reaches “GLO” models, which should stand for “global”. This means that certain versions, such as the Indian one, are not yet getting OxygenOS 13. However, OnePlus press representatives have promised that another build for the missing regions will be released soon.

The new build is called EB2103_11.F.04. If you have a “GLO”-Nord CE but still no update notification, you can also search for the firmware update manually as usual. To do this, go to the software update option in the settings and start the manual search.

The changelog is quite long and includes network stability improvements, among other things. In addition, the new HyperBoost GPA 4.0 for stabilizing the frame rate in games and the new Kid Space are on board. You also get the feature for automatic pixelation of chat screenshots and regular deletion of data from the clipboard. The full changelog can be found at the source linked below.
