OnePlus Nord 3: Specifications and live images leaked

The OnePlus Nord 3 has been doing the rounds in the rumor mill for a while now. The market launch is expected this month or sometime in June. Also, it is already known that the OnePlus phone will be a near-identical version of the OnePlus Ace 2V recently launched in China.

Thanks to a tipster, the first live images have now appeared, which confirm the well-known design of the Ace 2V. Some of the technical data of the OnePlus Nord 3 also came to light, but they differ slightly compared to the Chinese twin. The main camera of the Nord 3 is said to use a 50 megapixel sensor instead of 64 megapixels. Other specifications, such as the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset with up to 16 GB of RAM and a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with 1,240 x 2,772 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, are identical.

The 5,000 mAh battery with 80 watt fast charging is also here to stay. Judging by the pictures, the matching charger is part of the scope of delivery. The images also confirm the existence of the alarm slider typical of OnePlus and an IR emitter. The latter is rarely found on a OnePlus smartphone. According to the tip, OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13 is used as the operating system. Color options include cyan (turquoise), grey/black and blue.
