OnePlus Nord 3: New update with April security patch

OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 14.0.0.510 update for the Nord 3. So far, however, only for a small proportion of users.

OnePlus has released the OxygenOS 14.0.0.510 update for the Nord 3. The most important points are the current Android security patch from April 2024 and the option to individually adjust the volume for individual apps. The OxygenOS 14.0.0.510 update also brings a new design for the volume bar and a “partial screenshot” option in the Smart Sidebar.

  • You can now create photo collages without frames in Photos.
  • You can now press and hold the Volume Down button to turn the flashlight on when the screen is off.
  • You can now enter the first letter of an app name to perform a fuzzy search from the Home screen search bar in Drawer mode.
  • You can now adjust the volume for individual apps based on your needs.
  • Improves the volume bar’s design for ease of use and visual consistency.
  • Improves system stability.
  • Integrates the April 2024 Android security patch to enhance system security.

OxygenOS 14.0.0.510 is rolling out with firmware version CPH2491_14.0.0.510(EX01) for the Indian models of the OnePlus Nord 3 and firmware CPH2493_14.0.0.510(EX01) for the European and global models. The update is currently rolling out to a small percentage of users. The broader rollout will begin in a few days.
