Those who are fed up with waiting for the OxygenOS 13 stable update to roll out can navigate to Settings > About device > Update, tap the icon in the upper-right corner, then go to Beta program > Beta and enter the required information. The update will then come within five working days if the application is accepted. You can also start the manual search in settings under About device > Download now.

OnePlus Nord 2T Android 13 / OxygenOS 13 Open Beta Changelog

The prerequisite for the application is that the Oxygenos firmware version CPH2401_11.A.17 is running on the OnePlus Nord 2T. So far, however, there is still a catch. Currently, the OxygenOS 13 OBT only runs for Nord 2T models in India. You also have to be an active member of the OnePlus community to be considered.

As usual, beta builds may not be as reliable as the final stable releases. Therefore, you should refrain from installing it on your primary device. The application period runs until December 3, 2022. There are a total of 5,000 slots for the beta test. Apart from the changelog in the screenshot, there is more information about the Oxygenos 13 update for the OnePlus Nord 2T at the source link.
