OnePlus Ace 2 with Dimensity 9000 passes AnTuTu benchmark

OnePlus has already introduced the Ace 2 in China and then relaunched it as the OnePlus 11R for the world markets. It’s powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, but reports of a new version with a Dimensity 9000 processor have been circulating for the past three weeks. Exactly this cell phone has now appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark platform.

The test revealed the model code PHP110 as well as the actual name OnePlus Ace 2 Dimensity Edition for the new phone. The benchmark score was just over 1 million points, which matches the Dimensity 9000 chipset.

The new OnePlus Ace 2 might opt for a different design on the back compared to its predecessor. It could also swap the 50-megapixel main camera for a 64-megapixel OmniVision sensor. The charging speed could drop to 80 watts. However, Xiaomi, vivo and Honor all have a smartphone with 100 watt charging and a Dimensity 9000 chipset in their portfolio.

The rest of the OnePlus Ace 2 specs, like the 6.74-inch AMOLED display with 1240p resolution and the 16-megapixel selfie camera, could stay the same. So far, however, these are only leaks and rumours. An official confirmation of the technical data from OnePlus is still pending.
