OnePlus has already officially announced that the OnePlus 11 will be released on January 4th. But another model is a regular guest in the rumor mill – the OnePlus 11R. Two big leaks have now brought several pictures to light in addition to the full technical data.
The new photos show that the OnePlus 11R will have a display with curved sides and a central punchhole. The OnePlus 10R was launched in the first half of 2022 and positioned itself between the mid-range and the premium segment. The successor, the OnePlus 11R, could be a bit higher, as there will be no more Pro models alongside the OnePlus 11 in 2023.
OnePlus 11R specs
The second leak brings several screenshots, including from the “About Phone” page of a OnePlus 11R prototype with model number CPH2487. An SDM670 chipset is specified as the processor. This is the low-frequency version of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. The same processor also makes its rounds in the Honor 80 GT. The clock frequency is therefore somewhat lower at 3.00 GHz instead of 3.2 GHz.
The screenshots also reveal a 6.7-inch display with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. A curved panel and the central selfie camera with a resolution of 16 megapixels are also mentioned. There is also a fingerprint sensor under the display. In the camera department, the OnePlus 11R has a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 2-megapixel sensor for macro photos or depth data. The OnePlus smartphone runs OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13.
There is also speculation that the OnePlus 11R will have 8, 12 or 16GB of LPDDR5 storage and 128, 256 or 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. A 5,000 mAh battery with support for 100 watt charging is also on board, just like the OnePlus 11. There are also stereo speakers, an IR emitter and the well-known alarm slider. In addition to black, a silver version is also planned.
