HMD Global renews Nokia’s feature phone portfolio with two new models – the Nokia 150 (2023) and the Nokia 130 Music. The Nokia 150 combines sleek design with durability. The housing is made of colored polycarbonate and protects the mobile phone against dust and splash water according to IP52. There’s also a sleek textured back and metallic-looking buttons on the front. Other than that, the 150 isn’t all that different from its three-year-old predecessor.

On the front of the Nokia 150 is a 2.4-inch display with 240 x 320 pixels, while the operating system is Nokia OS S30+. You can use a microSD card with up to 32 GB of memory to store images from the 0.3 megapixel camera and MP3s. There is also an FM radio receiver and a 3.5 mm headphone jack on board.
Power is supplied by a replaceable 1,450 mAh battery that charges via the micro USB port. A charger is included in the box. The battery lasts for 20 hours of talk time or 30 hours of music playback.

The Nokia 130 Music, also known as the Nokia 130 (2023), does not have a camera at all. Instead, a larger speaker is on board to also play MP3s from a microSD card with up to 32 GB of storage or via the FM radio. There’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a headset is also included. The 2.4-inch display is identical, as is the feature phone operating system, 1,450 mAh battery and micro USB charger.
The new phones are pure 2G dual SIM phones that work on the 900 and 1800 bands.
Both Nokia phones will soon be launched in India. The Nokia 130 Music is available in dark blue and purple for ₹1,850 (€20/$22). The Nokia 150 (2023) costs a little more at ₹2,700 (€30/$33).
