Xiaomi 13 Ultra gets new colors
Last month, Xiaomi unveiled the 13 Ultra as the brand’s new flagship phone in black, white and olive green colors. There are three additional color options available now in China – Starry Sky Blue, Cabernet Orange and Ginkgo Yellow. All three new variants have a black aluminum frame, and the camera ring is in a dark graphite color instead of the previous brass look.

All three new Xiaomi 13 Ultra color options are coming to Xiaomi China’s official online store tomorrow, May 6th in limited quantities. The Xiaomi smartphones are only offered in the variant with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. It is priced at 6,499 CNY (€853/$941).
First official Nothing Phone (2) teaser
The Nothing Phone (2) is coming this summer and is set to shake up the flagship class with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Nothing has now published the first official teaser, which probably shows the back of the Phone (2). You can see a structured area as well as slanted lines and rounded shapes next to a red LED.
The LED is already familiar from the Nothing Phone (1) and probably indicates that a video is being recorded. In addition to the faster processor, the Nothing Phone (2) should also get an in-display fingerprint sensor, satellite connectivity and a 120 Hz AMOLED display. The battery has a capacity of 5,000 mAh and also charges wirelessly.
Samsung Galaxy S21 series and Z Fold4: Expert RAW update brings Astro Photo mode
A new update to the Samsung Expert RAW app has just brought Astro Photo mode to the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, Galaxy S21 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Fold4. Astrophoto mode lets you capture long exposures of stars and constellations. However, the quality of the images depends heavily on how clear the sky is. Also the level of light pollution in the area has an impact.

Astrophoto mode is available on both the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and the Galaxy S21 series from Expert RAW version 2.0.09.1. The app is available from Samsung’s Galaxy Store. However, the security update from April 2023 is a prerequisite for the S21 cell phones.
If you haven’t received the update yet, you can search for it manually as usual. To do this, you simply start the manual search in the settings menu of your Samsung smartphone under software update.
