The Samsung Galaxy A04 and the OnePlus Nord CE 2 get Android 13 updates, while the Oppo Reno10 Pro+ is still haunting the rumor mill.

Samsung Galaxy A04 gets Android 13 update with One UI 5

Samsung rolled out the Android 13-based stable One UI 5 update for the Galaxy A04s in December. Now it’s the regular Galaxy A04’s turn of getting One UI 5 via OTA download. The One UI 5 update for the Samsung Galaxy A04 has firmware version A045FXXU1BWB1 and comes with the December 2022 Android security patch. The new firmware is currently live in Kazakhstan, but the rollout should reach other regions soon.

If you live in Kazakhstan and have not yet received One UI 5 on your Samsung Galaxy A04, you can also check for the update manually as usual. To do this, simply go to the settings menu of your Samsung smartphone and start the manual search under Software update.


OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G gets Android 13 update with OxygenOS 13

The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G launched last February with Android 11. OxygenOS 12 update based on Android 12 followed in August and now the stable OxygenOS 13 firmware based on Android 13 is here. The update is currently being distributed in India and will first reach users who have participated in the open beta program. If there are no major problems, the update will go into the broad rollout.

OxygenOS 13 firmware brings the Aquamorphic design to the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. There are also performance improvements for the OnePlus smartphone, including the HyperBoost GPA 4.0 and new personalization options. The full changelog of the update can be found at the source link.


Oppo Reno10 series: first specifications

The Oppo Reno10 series is set to launch soon. This is also indicated by a new leak from the reliable tipster Digital Chat Station. Accordingly, the regular Oppo Reno10 will have a 6.7-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution. Inside is a 32-megapixel selfie camera, while a 2x portrait lens works on the back.

The top model Oppo Reno10 Pro+ gets a higher quality display with a resolution of 1.5K (1,220 x 2,712 pixels). The 50 megapixel main camera is based on a Sony IMX890 sensor and is accompanied by a periscope lens – a real high-end feature in the mid-range. The Oppo Reno10 Pro+ will also feature a 4,600 mAh dual-cell battery.
