The Google Pixel Fold has been haunting the rumor mill for almost two years. Allegedly, Google wanted to be ready for the I/O last year and enter the segment of foldable smartphones. Rumor has it that next year’s annual Google conference is about to be the time – but so far there have only been rumors and renderings. Just like today thanks to tipster OnLeaks, who also shared some technical data.

The Google Pixel Fold is expected to bring a familiar design language inspired by the Pixel 7 series with a wide camera module on the back. As with the Pixel 7 Pro, the “Visor” accommodates three lenses. In terms of dimensions and the square form factor, the Fold is more reminiscent of the Oppo Find N.

The Pixel Fold measures 158.7 x 139.7 x 5.7 mm (8.3 mm including the camera module) when unfolded, which OnLeaks says is enough for a 7.69-inch main display. Despite the noticeably thick bezels on the inner display, which also houses the punchhole camera on the right half. The cover display is said to be around 5.79 inches and also has a centered punchhole selfie camera.

The Google Pixel Fold will likely be powered by a Tensor G2 chipset with 12GB of RAM. There should be multiple storage options, stylus support, and Android 13 right out of the box. The foldable will likely launch in silver and black with a starting price of $1,799.
