Motorola Razr+ shows up at first online retailer

In the last few weeks there have been numerous leaks about the upcoming foldables from Motorola. In fact, we just learned a few days ago that the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will likely be called the Motorola Razr+ in the US. Today’s leak brings a new picture of the Razr+ and confirms the most important technical data.

The data comes from the Egyptian online retailer extra.com. They confirm an earlier leak that there will be a blue and a pink colorway called Glacier Blue and Viva Magenta respectively. The black version was previously referred to as Phantom Black, but extra.com calls it Infinite Black.

According to the technical data, the Motorola Razr+ is based on a 6.9-inch pOLED display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,640 pixels. Previous reports assumed an AMOLED display instead. An octa-core processor with a 3.20 GHz main core is responsible for the drive. This chipset can actually only be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1.

In terms of storage, it looks as if previous leaks with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage fit. The main cameras are specified as 32 and 8 megapixels. There are also two selfie cameras with 12 and 13 megapixels. However, since there is only a selfie camera cutout, we should take these specifications with a grain of salt. Other specs include a 3,800 mAh battery, NFC, Nano and eSIM support, wireless charging and power sharing, and a fingerprint sensor.

Motorola has already confirmed that there will be a launch event on June 1st. According to the website, the Motorola Razr+ costs 3,999 SAR, which is about $1,066 in the US. A previous leak indicated a price of 1,202.93 euros for Europe.
