Motorola Razr 40 Ultra: new official images and videos

Motorola will unveil several flip-style vertically folding smartphones on June 1, 2023. The model names are probably Motorola Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra. In previous reports, however, the name Razr+ appeared again and again. The trusted tipster Evan Blass now brought some light into the darkness. According to Blass, the Motorola Razr+ is the US marketing name for the top-of-the-line Razr 40 Ultra. Blass also had various official marketing images and videos of the Razr 40 Ultra with him, which confirm earlier design leaks.

The videos show different use cases for the cover display of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra. The outer panel is said to be 3.5 inches diagonally and covers the entire front. The main camera, the ultra-wide camera and the LED flash reside in punchholes. Because of its size, you can do a lot with the Ultra without opening the Motorola phone. Unfortunately, you can’t embed the two leaked videos, only view them here and here on Twitter if you already follow Blass.

Motorola hasn’t revealed any specs for the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra yet. According to previous rumors, the Ultra will have a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset at the helm, which is powered by a 3,640 mAh battery. The charging speed is said to reach a maximum of 33 watts. However, there have already been leaks that only assumed a 2,850 mAh battery.
