Motorola is launching its two new Razr foldables for 2023 on June 1st. Accordingly, the rumor mill for the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, which is said to be called Razr+ in some countries, is in full swing. Today, tipster Evan Blass posted a 44-second video on his personal Twitter account showing pretty much all the details of the upcoming clamshell.

The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will have a 3.5-inch outer display that stretches almost from one corner to the other. The two main cameras and the LED flash each sit in their own punch holes in the external display. Add to that custom music widgets, AOD functions, and advanced notification response features.

Motorola itself has not yet announced any specifications for the Razr 40 Ultra. According to the reports so far, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset will power it, which is still one of the fastest Android processors. The foldable AMOLED main display will have a resolution of 1080p, while the cover display will have a resolution of 1056 x 1066 pixels. Up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage are on board. And there is also a dual SIM variant and an eSIM option.

The market launch will take place in seven days. We are excited to see when the Motorola cell phone will be available for sale. And whether it will top the 2022 Razr’s €1,200/£949 price tag.
