While we await the launch of what are likely to be two new foldable Motorola smartphones, two leaks today revealed the design and European pricing of the Motorola Razr 40. Various official-looking renderings and promotional images have surfaced, showing the upcoming foldable in all colorways.
It seems that the Motorola Razr 40 will be launched in Vanilla Cream, Sage Green and Summer Lilac colors with a vegan leather finish. The cover display is significantly smaller than the Razr 40 Ultra, which was also spotted on Geekbench. According to previous reports and rumors, the main display is also smaller, but precise information is still missing.
Judging by the renders, the hinge design allows for different positions of the display. Also, one of the images suggests that there will be some form of protection against water ingress. The second leak brought the prices for the European market to light. According to the tip, the Motorola Razr 40 with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage costs €899 ($982). That’s around €300 ($328) less than the expected price of the Razr 40 Ultra.
Given that some retailers have already received pricing information and promotional materials are already circulating, the actual announcement is likely not far off.
