The Motorola Edge 50 Pro will be officially launched in India on April 3rd. But unsurprisingly, it won’t be the only model in the series. The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion from the lower price range will be added at some point. Its specifications were already leaked last week and now the mid-range phone has appeared in the Geekbench online database.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion prototype in question went through a Geekbench 6 test and achieved a single-core score of 913 points and a multi-core score of 2,629. Geekbench lists Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 as the chipset, which had access to 8 GB of RAM in the test device.

The Motorola Edge 50 Fusion was running the latest Android 14. But that’s all the information the benchmark test provided. Thanks to the aforementioned leak, we also know that it has a 6.7-inch pOLED display with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the top. There is also a 50 megapixel main camera on the back and a 32 megapixel selfie camera on the front. The 5,000 mAh battery supports 68 watts of fast wired charging.

The Edge 50 Fusion is protected against dust and water in accordance with the IP68 standard. There are three color options – Peacock Pink, Tidal Teal and Ballad Blue – the latter is a faux leather finish. It’s unclear when exactly the Fusion will launch, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled.
