The Indian website Mysmartprice found an FCC entry for the upcoming Motorola Edge 40 Pro. Exactly the same device has probably already passed TENAA certification earlier this month. Various technical data have already come to light, but the FCC now sheds a little more light on the subject of charging.

According to the FCC entry, the Edge 40 Pro supports wired charging at a very fast 125 watts, as well as wireless and reverse wireless charging. Unfortunately, there’s no word on wireless charging speeds.

The certification also points to two versions – a single SIM variant and a dual SIM option that comes with a physical SIM slot and eSIM support. The FCC listing does not give much more. However, it does indicate that the Motorola Edge 40 Pro is getting closer to launch.
