Huawei’s launch of the Pura 70 series didn’t bring with it the rumored Huawei Watch Fit 3. But the company has an event planned for May 7th (next Tuesday). And it’s very likely we’ll see that alongside the global launch we’ll also see the new smartwatch as well as the global launch of the MateBook X Pro 2024. The Watch Fit 3 has now even appeared at the first German retailers. In addition to various images, technical data also came to light.

The Huawei Watch Fit 3 is based on a 1.82-inch OLED display with a resolution of 480 x 480 pixels. It is surrounded by an aluminum alloy frame available in black, white, gold and pink. The watch case is not rectangular but measures 36.3 x 43.2 x 9.9 mm and weighs 26 g. Multiple strap options will be available – fluoroelastomer rubber and leather – and they are interchangeable.

The Watch Fit 3 is waterproof up to 50 meters. It is likely to be a little simpler than round Huawei smartwatches, newer models of which have 32 GB of memory. Instead, there are only 4 GB on board. It uses Bluetooth 5.2 to connect to your smartphone (Android 8+, iOS 13+), but has its own GPS receiver on board. Bluetooth calls are possible with a speaker and a microphone.

The Huawei Watch Fit 3 comes with the usual heart rate and blood oxygen sensors. In addition, it also monitors sleep and tracks workouts, workout planning, and supports multiple profiles, heart rate zones, calories burned, etc. The 400mAh battery promises up to 10 days of use and can be charged in 1 hour and 8 hours with a 2 pin charging adapter Recharge fully in minutes. The Huawei Watch Fit 3 with a rubber strap costs €160, while the leather option increases the price to €180.
