Huawei unveiled various new products at a major event today, including the P60 series, the Foldable Mate X3 and the Huawei Watch Ultimate. The latest devices to hit the stage were the Huawei MatePad 11 (2023), the Enjoy 60 smartphone and the FreeBuds 5 TWS earbuds.
Huawei MatePad 11 (2023)
The Huawei MatePad 11 (2023) is the new entry-level model in the tablet mid-range. It features an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2,560 × 1,600 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The tablet is powered by the older but powerful Snapdragon 870 chipset, 6 or 8 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of memory. Huawei relies on its own HarmonyOS 3.1 for the operating system. The battery has a capacity of 7,250 mAh.

The Huawei MatePad 11 (2023) is available in Obsidian Black, Island Blue, Crystal White and Streamer Purple colors. Prices start at CNY2,199 (€298/$322) and open sales of the Huawei tablet on March 30th in China.
Huawei Enjoy 60
The Huawei Enjoy 60 is a budget phone with a large 6,000 mAh battery, a 6.75-inch TFT LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 48-megapixel main camera. The Huawei phone boots Harmony OS 3.0 and comes with a 22.5 watt charger in the box. Unfortunately, Huawei has not yet shared any information about the chipset of the Enjoy 60.


The Huawei Enjoy 60 is available with storage capacities of 128 GB or 256 GB. Color options include Magic Night Black, Ice Crystal Blue, and Dawn Gold. The price in China is 1,299 CNY (€176/$190) and the open sale starts tomorrow.
Huawei FreeBuds 5
The latest Huawei announcement was the FreeBuds 5 wireless earphones. They bring a fresh design with an in-ear concept without silicone tips. The Huawei earbuds support the L2HC and LDAC codecs for high-resolution audio streaming. They also offer spatial audio on HarmonyOS 3 devices. Active noise cancellation (ANC) and dynamic EQ tuning are also on board.


The Huawei FreeBuds 5 are equipped with 11mm LCP dual magnet drivers and connect via Bluetooth 5.2 with support for multipoint pairing. The earphones have a battery life of 5 hours, while the combined battery life with the charging case is 30 hours. The case supports both wired charging via USB-C and wireless charging. The entire package is dust and splash-proof according to IP54.
The Huawei FreeBuds 5 come in Frosted Silver, Ceramic White, and Coral Orange colors. Prices in China start at 899 CNY (€122/$132).
