Honor will unveil various new devices on Wednesday next week, July 12th. This also includes the company’s next foldable called Honor Magic V2. The title of the appropriate teaser is “From progress to evolution”. Honor CEO George Zhao has already announced that the Magic V2 will “revolutionize the foldable experience”. At best, you can expect some exciting upgrades compared to the predecessor Honor Magic Vs.

The Honor Magic V2 is expected to bring a new LTPO-AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and high-frequency PWM dimming. There will be two chipset configurations – one with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and a high-end version with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Both variants will come with up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, as well as a 5,000 mAh battery with 50 watt fast wireless charging .

But we will see at least three other devices at the event. This includes the Honor MagicPad 13, the largest tablet from the Chinese to date with a 13-inch screen. The picture shows a relatively thin frame, which indicates a high-quality design. If you combine this with the currently fastest chipset on the market, the SD 8 Gen 2, the only competitors can actually be Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6. The Apple iPad Pro 12.9 is also absolutely within reach.

The new Honor Watch 4 offers eSIM functionality in an Honor smartwatch for the first time. However, the picture suggests that the Watch 4 will have a simpler design than the current Watch GS 3. The Honor TV 5 is also aimed at the flagship class with a high-quality display. However, given that the company rarely releases its TVs outside of China, it most likely won’t do us much good here.

We will be happy to hear your thoughts
