The Honor Magic V2 will be officially launched tomorrow. Time for some final leaks before launch, like today with several hands-on images that have surfaced on Chinese social network Weibo. Unfortunately, the leak doesn’t include unfolded images. But at least we get views from all sides and in the two color options blue and black.

The cover display has very narrow edges for a foldable and a punch hole for the front camera. The right side of the panel is bent into the frame. The last picture also gives an impression of how flat the Honor Magic V2 will be when opened. It is likely to be one of the thinnest foldable smartphones on the market, which also corresponds to the relatively low weight of allegedly less than 240 grams.
Both the blue and the black versions of the Honor smartphone have a leather-like surface on the back. The large camera module clearly protrudes. Three cameras can be seen, with the wide main camera having a 25mm lens with an f/1.9 aperture. The rest of the specs are still largely unconfirmed. There are rumors that there will be an LTPO-AMOLED main display with a higher refresh rate than its predecessor and high-frequency PWM dimming.
The Honor Magic V2 is expected to come in two versions: one with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage, and a cheaper variant with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip from the last year. In addition, a 5,000 mAh battery with support for wireless charging with 50 watts should be installed.
