Last month, Honor introduced the first three smartphones in its 80 series: the Honor 80 of the same name, the top-of-the-line Honor 80 Pro and the cheaper Honor 80 SE. Now the first information about other models has surfaced – the Honor 80 GT and a new 80 Pro with a flat display.

Both Honor phones have reportedly just been certified for local sale by China’s 3C authority. The model numbers are AGT-AN00 and ANB-AN00. The Honor 80 Pro with a flat panel promises exactly what the name says. All the performance of the original model, but without a curved display.

The Honor 80 GT, on the other hand, could bring the same slightly underclocked variant of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset as the Pro. With FHD+, the resolution is slightly lower than the original, but the refresh rate is slightly higher at 144 Hz.

According to another unnamed source, Honor is also planning an event in China on December 26th. Honor will present the two new smartphones together with the Honor Pad V8 Pro tablet. The tablet is reportedly powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset. According to rumors, it will be the world’s first IMAX enhanced tablet. It should support 33 watts of fast charging and will be available in blue and orange.
