Gray Nothing Phone (2) and black Ear (2): new images

Nothing has just officially confirmed the design of the Phone (2) when the next press photos are already appearing. They show the new model from multiple angles and confirm some minor visual updates. These include a slightly curved back, rearranged LED strips for the glyph interface, and a new gray version.

The updated Glyph interface now has 11 segmented LED strips with 33 lighting zones compared to 5 LED strips and 12 zones on the Phone (1). This makes new applications possible as well as more detailed control.

The Nothing Phone (2) also features symmetrical bezels, a center punchhole for the selfie camera, and a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.

Images of the Nothing Ear (2) earphones in a new black version have also surfaced. Of course, that would go perfectly with the new black version of the Phone (2). The Nothing Phone (2) will be unveiled on July 11th, which is Tuesday of next week. When the Nothing Ear (2) will come, however, is not yet clear. Nothing itself responded to the leak with a cryptic tweet consisting of multiple images.

From the tweet you can only guess that the market launch shouldn’t take too long – the Nothing Ear (2) in black will come “soon”.
