Google Pixel 8 Pro already listed in the Google Store

The Google Pixel 8 series has appeared in official leaks several times over the past few weeks. The first promotional material leaked in mid-June, followed by a video for the Audio Magic Eraser and various screenshots of the new Google Camera app, which will premiere with the 8-series. The Google Pixel 8 Pro has also been a regular guest in the rumor mill for weeks. Now today, the porcelain white version of the upcoming Google phone has appeared in the Google Store for a short time. This once again confirmed the design of the upcoming flagship phone.

Although the image quality isn’t the best, you can clearly see the Google Pixel 8 Pro’s updated unfied visor. Three cameras should be inside, including a 50-megapixel wide cam, a 64-megapixel ultra-wide, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera. Google also installs an LED flash and the new infrared temperature sensor, with which the Pixel phone should be able to measure body temperature. To do this, point the smartphone at the temple region for a few seconds. This is also pictured in the advertising material leak.

The Google Pixel 8 Pro is expected to launch with a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display with QHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The flagship is powered by the new Tensor G3 chipset. The processor can access 12GB of RAM and 128 or 256GB of storage. Power comes from a 4,950 mAh battery that charges with a manageable 27 watts, as is typical for Google. In addition, the Pixel 8 series will also provide the technical basis for the Android 14 premiere. The official start should be in October.
