Samsung released the Android 13 update with One UI 5 for various devices in the last few weeks. In the meantime, several model series even get the new software on the same day. A case in point: Today the update to One UI 5 based on Android 13 was rolled out on two phones. The Galaxy A71 4G and Galaxy F62 are updated without even participating in a beta test beforehand.

The Samsung Galaxy A71 is currently getting the update in Poland. As usual, the rollout should soon be extended to other countries and areas, at least in Europe. The new build number is A715FXXU8DVK1 and the update comes with the security patch level of October 2022. However, the current security patch should arrive with the December update at the latest.
The Galaxy F62, on the other hand, is currently being updated to Android 13 and One UI 5 in India with build E625FDDU2CVK2. The current security patch from November 2022 is also included here. Since the F62 is sold exclusively through Flipkart in India, this rollout will most likely not be expanded to other countries or territories.
If you haven’t received the new firmware yet and don’t want to wait any longer, you can search for it manually as usual. To do this, simply start the manual search under Settings > Software update and then tap Download and install. However, it should take a few days at most for Android 13 and One UI 5 to reach all devices.
