Samsung is about to launch the new Galaxy A14 with 5G connectivity. The device with the model number SM-A146B has appeared on Geekbench with an yet to be announced Exynos chipset. Shortly after, a second version called the SM-A146P appeared with a Dimensity 700 processor. This was behind the Exynos 1330 in both single-core and multi-core values.

The MediaTek Dimensity 700 variant had 4 GB of RAM and ran Android 13. The unimpressive results of 522 points for the main core and 1,710 points for all cores could be due to software that is not yet final. They also suggest that there will be a budget A14 version for certain markets.
Leaked renders already revealed a triple camera setup on the back, a single selfie camera in a notch and a 5,000mAh battery. So far, the chipset and price seem to be the only differences.
