Circle to Search for Google Pixel 6 series and Pixel 7a is here

Google's Circle to Search feature launched on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. Then came the Pixel 8 and Pixel 7 and now the Pixel 6.

Google first made the Circle to Search feature available on the Samsung Galaxy S24 series. Next up were Googles own Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, which were followed a little later by the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro. Now the next Pixel phones finally followed: Google announced Circle to Search for the Pixel 6, Pixel 6 Pro, Pixel 6a and Pixel 7a this week. The feature will also be available “soon” for the Pixel Fold and the Pixel Tablet.

It’s unclear whether even older Pixels will ever receive Circle to Search. Google has also announced that the feature will be getting translation support in the near future. This translates the content on the display directly. Once you’ve accessed Circle to Search, simply tap on the new translation icon once the app has loaded the data.

In addition, Samsung is also preparing further Circle to Search updates with the introduction of the One UI 6.1 update. First up are the Galaxy S23 series devices (including S23 FE), the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5, and the Galaxy Tab S9 series.
