Asus introduced the Zenfone 9 last July. If the Taiwanese stick to the same schedule for the successor, the Asus Zenfone 10 will be released in a few months. While Asus has yet to announce the release date, the company may now have accidentally revealed the price.

Asus has set up a page on its official website to blindly test the Zenfone 10’s camera and collect feedback. Anyone who takes part in the test has the chance to win a free Zenfone 10 after the start. According to the terms and conditions of this promotion, the Asus phone has an “approximate retail value at USD 749” (697 euros). However, Asus does not mention the memory configuration for the winners of the promotion. So it’s unclear if that price is for the base model or some other version.
The Asus Zenfone 10 was already spotted on Geekbench last month. The benchmarking service revealed a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 16GB RAM and Android 13. Current rumors suggest a 6.3-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, up to 256GB of storage and a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS. In addition, the mobile phone is waterproof according to IP68 and has a 5,000 mAh battery that charges with 67 watts. It is said to be sold in three color options.
