vivo Y600 listed with various specs by first provider

The vivo Y600 will launch in China on October 30th, and pre-orders will be available starting October 26th, as confirmed by the Chinese manufacturer. Now, the smartphone, model number V2607A, has appeared in China Telecom‘s database. The entry reveals most of its key specifications and shows the device in seemingly official images.

According to the product description, the vivo Y600 features a 6.83-inch display, the Dimensity 7300e chipset, storage configurations of 6/128 GB, 6/256 GB, and 8/256 GB, a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP front camera, a 10,000 mAh battery, and runs Android 16 with vivo’s OriginOS 6 user interface. It measures 163.9 x 76.5 x 8.59 mm, weighs 224 g, and will be available in blue, gold, and black.

The Y600 is therefore a slightly modified version of the vivo S2 FE and V80 Lite, which share the same chipset and battery, but feature a 32MP selfie camera. For the same reason, it also differs somewhat from the global Y600 5G. Compared to last year’s vivo Y500, the Y600 offers a significantly larger battery (10,000 mAh instead of 8,200 mAh) and a slightly larger display (6.83 inches instead of 6.77 inches).
Once the Y600 is officially unveiled, it will join the Y600 Pro, Y600 Turbo, and Y600i models in the vivo lineup. The price is not yet known, but should be announced within a week.
