OnePlus 16 gets a major battery upgrade
Ahead of its upcoming market launch, OnePlus has confirmed a significant battery upgrade for the OnePlus 16, and they haven’t overstated the claim. The upcoming flagship will be equipped with a 9,000 mAh battery, as company manager Li Jie Louis revealed in a post on Weibo.
Compared to the OnePlus 15 with its 7,300 mAh battery, its successor boasts a 1,700 mAh larger battery. This increased capacity should provide longer battery life, further enhanced by the more efficient Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset.
